- 1 Onion
- 600g of Diced Chicken
- 1 Tablespoon of Butter Chicken Paste (Maharajahs Choice)
- 2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
- 75ml of Water
- Half a cup of Coconut Milk
- Melt Ghee into pan and add chopped onion. (Cook until onion browns)
- Add diced chicken pieces.
- Add Chicken Paste.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add Tomato paste and water. (for consistency)
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add coconut milk prior to serving.
- Cook with basamati rice and serve.
