Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 600g of Diced Chicken
  • 1 Tablespoon of Butter Chicken Paste (Maharajahs Choice)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
  • 75ml of Water
  • Half a cup of Coconut Milk

Method

  1. Melt Ghee into pan and add chopped onion. (Cook until onion browns)
  2. Add diced chicken pieces.
  3. Add Chicken Paste.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add Tomato paste and water. (for consistency)
  6. Cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Add coconut milk prior to serving.
  8. Cook with basamati rice and serve.
